  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SCOPE OF AUTHORITY

  • Providing advice on the legal & regulatory matters in relation to the Company's or affiliates' business initiatives in Malaysia and other territories in the field of digital financial services and digital products, in particular, e-wallets, digital micro-finance (specifically, fintech lending and related regulation) and digital micro-insurance
  • Providing regulatory & compliance advice on business activities
  • Advice, draft, review and negotiate relevant contracts & agreements
  • Provide support on transactional M&A work, investments, business and corporate advisory
  • Advice on strategies and solutions for implementation of Company's or affiliates' transactions and businesses and support business implementation
  • Identify, assess, manage and mitigate legal & regulatory risks
  • Work closely with regulatory and compliance team to ensure the company’s all legal and commercial obligations are in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Improved industry & specialist knowledge acquisition

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in Law, Bar Admission, at least 5-10 years PQE in legal practice
  • Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Insurance
  • Familiar with regulatory framework relating to Fintech, Financial Services, Insurance
  • Strong drafting ability and strategic thinker
  • Good attitude, cheerful disposition, great interpersonal skills
  • Not "office hours only" mindset
  • Ready to jump into "all hands on deck" situations
