Job Responsibilities:
- Relaunch, Manage Corporate Credit Cards Product, process re-engineering & marketing.
- Manage Co-brand credit cards and strategiec credit card product offering, working with Co-brand partners on joint marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and continuous enhancement of products CVP to complete and increase market share and to improve product profitability
- Manage and monitor cards production and operations to ensure process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Accountable for initiating, developing and implementing programs/marketing activities and manage internal processes ensuring effective execution of business plan
- Identifies key customer needs, usage and attitudes and competitive frame as basis for developing, innovating and refining products, and onboarding Journey
- Ensures the Bank’s products are differentiated and well positioned against competitors. Design and deliver a simple, hassle-free product experience for customers
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing Product & Acquisition in Banking industry.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Credit Cards marketing in Banking industry.
- Independent, confident, logical and pro-active individual with matured mindset.
- Has some regulatory / credit experiences.
