Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst with strong through leadership and ability to think beyond the box to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis team within CEO office. You’ll will play a crucial role in providing in-depth financial performance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across various business units.
The ideal candidate will come with strong analytical skills, keen eye to detail, excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with senior management and cross functional stakeholders to drive the strategic decision-making process within the organization.
What will you do
- Supercharge the investigative and forecasting capabilities of team by developing technical aptitude
- Prepare detailed P&L for individual business units and at a consolidated level on a timely basis. Including actual performance, budget comparison and forecasting.
- Engage in regular discussions with business heads to review financial performance, budget tracking and forecast planning.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of business unit net revenue by sub modules and to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage budget tracking and reporting using the D365 module and manual processes.
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasts model at the entity level and champion regular reporting cadence to surface insight
- Collaborate with finance team members to ensure accurate and timely budget updates.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support development of strategic initiatives.
What skills and experience you will need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically D365 would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
