  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in production stability, such as early warning, risk assessment, SLA, and other relevant operation and maintenance indicators;
  • Establish and improve project monitoring system and event handling mechanism (On- call) to ensure stable operation;
  • Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, system security, data security, and other systems, as well as the operation of production systems;
  • Understand and analyze user needs, effectively communicate with the demand side, and transform user needs into technical implementation;
  • Responsible for remote communication with customers, operation and maintenance teams, and development teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in computer related field;
  • Familiar with Linux commands and shell script programming, familiar with Devops;
  • At least 2 year of technical support or operation and maintenance development experience, with strong problem analysis and processing skills;
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility and motivation, as well as team communication and coordination skills;
  • Accept cross time zone/country/region cooperation with R&D teams in a diverse and inclusive environment;
  • Work on shift basis 12*7 including weekends and public holidays on rotational basis.
