Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage General Accounting team. Ensure the quality and accurate completion of General Accounting processes are delivered by General Accounting team within the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Manage and ensure quality in terms of accurate, completeness and timeliness of the General Accounting team in performing their daily activities for the following General Accounting processes.
- Book accounting transactions based on Business Groups inputs.
- Maintain general ledger master data.
- Maintain the setup and blocking of cost centers/account codes.
- Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, trend analysis, cost center checks and transaction posting checks.
- Provide month end close accounting process transaction support.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/diploma/ professional certificate in the related job field.
- Those with at least 4 years of working exposure or experience in a similar or/and external audit background or/and reporting experience.
- Candidate with experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
- Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
