Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions like certificate management, software installation and setup, upgrades and patches, performance monitoring, tuning and capacity management utilizing enterprise standards and tools.
  • Perform change control, incident response, and testing processes for infrastructure changes or changes related to SAP Systems.
  • Manage and respond to System problem follow the sun support basis and take part in trouble shooting, issue resolution and escalation calls.
  • Collaborate with service providers and other IT functions including Infrastructure, Networking and Security teams to assist in driving ongoing tasks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization.
  • Drive utilization of Solution Manager in managing the technical landscape.

Key Attributes:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration including one or more of the following SAP modules - ERP, S4 HANA, PI/PO, GTS, BODS, CPI, GRDC, Seeburger, Solution Manager
  • Required experience with S/4 HANA, SAP BTP Platform, HANA Database and SaaS Application Administration.
  • Experience with operating system like Linux and Windows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for SAP Basis Administration and operations.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced and global environment.
  • Experience in supporting different compliance requirements like SOX controls.
