  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for mobile apps and websites. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, and design teams to ensure that content aligns with product functionality, user needs, and campaign objectives. If you are passionate about user experience and can seamlessly blend research insights with impactful writing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and intuitive UI copy and microcopy for web and mobile platforms, ensuring it aligns with product requirements, functionality, and overall goals.
  • User Research Collaboration:
  • Work closely with UX researchers to conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in user interviews and surveys to gain valuable insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to produce comprehensive UX research reports, integrating findings from user feedback.
  • Agile Project Delivery:
  • Partner with product managers and project managers to deliver copy in an agile environment, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all content produced, while adhering to deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in UX writing, specifically for mobile and web applications.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to write copy that enhances user experience.
  • UX Research Knowledge:
  • Prior experience or familiarity with UX research methodologies and user-centered design practices is preferred.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Ability to quickly grasp product concepts and translate them into clear and effective user interface designs.
  • Soft Skills:
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
