- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
- Log all conversations in our operations center database
- Meet personal/team goals, both qualitative and quantitative
- Expand reseller/dealer business
- Other matters assigned by leaders
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields is an added advantage but not essential
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
