  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields is an added advantage but not essential
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
