QC Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Conduct production pre-operation checking and record. Assist QA on recording and documenting the forms. - Conduct inspection on Critical Control Point (CCP) record. Assist QA on recording and documenting the CCP form. - Conduct verification on Metal Detector. Assist QA on recording and documenting the verification form. - Conduct verification on label information. Assist QA on recording and documenting the verification form. - Daily check the cleanliness of production areas, machines and equipment. - Conduct re-inspection on the cleanliness if Swab test/ ATP test failed. - Monitor production worker operating as per standard operation procedure (SOP). - Control and monitor the cleaning chemical usage and stock. - Conduct random checking on raw materials/ packaging materials delivery and finished products. - Conduct internal pest control checking. Assist QA on recording and documenting the internal pest control form. - Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATION: - PDiploma in Food Science/ Food Technology or related field. - PKnowledge of food safety standards. - PStrong attention to detail. - PGood communication and teamwork abilities. - PComputer Application –MS Office and SAP System.
