Trade Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES

• Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing and sales objectives.
• Support the creation of comprehensive trade marketing plans and budgets for trade marketing initiatives.
• Support the development and allocation of Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and Premiums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure the execution of trade marketing campaigns in different channels.
• Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating sampling events, exhibitions, and other events, including logistical coordination and on-site support.
• Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for management, summarizing the results and impact of trade marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the sales team to track progress, gather feedback, and provide support as needed to ensure the successful implementation of New Product Development (NPD).
• Conduct market and promotional activities analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Support management in various aspects of promotional and in-store activities planning to include budget/trade spend control and promotional rebate guidelines adherence.
• Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and respectful with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in FMCG or related roles will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
