The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
• Collaborate with energy sector leaders to understand their technology challenges and goals, providing strategic insights and solutions.
• Develop and implement tailored strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Strategic Expertise:
• Utilize strategic planning and management frameworks to guide clients in decision-making and technology investment prioritization.
• Advise clients on technology adoption and governance best practices.
Service Delivery:
• Lead the execution of technology assessments, strategy development, and complex projects.
• Uphold exceptional service delivery through the establishment and maintenance of industry-leading standards.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities, spearheading the creation of proposals for technology strategy services.
Knowledge Leadership and Mentorship:
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology strategy, mentoring team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories.
• Lead the development of thought leadership materials, positioning the firm as an industry authority.
Cross-Practice Integration:
• Collaborate with other practice areas, leveraging our partner network, to deliver holistic and integrated solutions that address our clients' diverse needs.
Project Management:
• Orchestrate the activities of diverse project teams to achieve overarching program objectives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program budgets and operational plans.
• Ensure successful program execution, meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Establish evaluation mechanisms to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee project expenditures and approve necessary adjustments.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years managing projects.
• Eagerness to pursue relevant professional certifications (Agile, PM. Technology Certifications).
• Strategic and analytical thinking with problem-solving proficiency.
• Proven track record in strategy & transformation for Oil & Gas organisations.
• Profound interest of technology / digital strategy development and execution.
• Exceptional collaboration and team engagement skills.
• Strong client relationship management and business development acumen.
• Ability to articulate complex technology strategies to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with strategic planning tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory environments and standards relevant to technology strategy.
• Experience with emerging technologies and their application in business contexts.
