Our client is seeking three highly competent Project Executives to Managers, ready to take on the challenge of executing project management activities in a dynamic retail environment. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and government officials. The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring the progress of assigned projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

What You'll Do

As a Project Executive to Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's retail projects. Your primary responsibility will be to execute project management activities across all stages of the project lifecycle. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, liaising with authorities for necessary approvals and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management. Your proactive approach in identifying risks and opportunities, planning actions and ensuring their implementation will be key to your success in this role.

  • Execute project management activities across all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and government officials
  • Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary works approval
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work
  • Identify risks and opportunities, plan actions and ensure their implementation

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for the Project Executive to Manager role brings a strong educational background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Science or Project Management. You have amassed 2 to 6 years of experience in project/construction management within the retail industry. Your familiarity with QESHMS will be considered an added advantage. You are well-versed in using project management tools/software which aids you in effectively managing projects. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Above all else, your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn sets you apart.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Science or Project Management
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in project/construction management within the retail industry
  • Knowledge of QESHMS is advantageous
  • Familiarity with project management tools/software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
