  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Objectives:

This position will inspect all parts and ensure that they meet the established requirements and customer specification. This position will also maintain quality standards by verifying incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

Roles And Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct onsite inspection process and activities.
  • Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and dimensional inspection, while rejecting unacceptable materials.
  • Prepare all dimensional report for management approval and daily quality issues for the Management review.
  • Ensure all parts are inspected using the right method and in accordance with established standards/instructions to meet the customer requirements.
  • Lead all the QA inspectors in the inspection activities to cater for production planning and deliverables.
  • Assist in external and internal audits by maintaining audit records and ensuring a smooth audit process.
  • Attend to customer enquiries on technical measurement as and when required.
  • Co-ordinate with colleagues on the effectiveness of measurement methods. Develop or improve on the effectiveness of these measurement methods.
  • Ensure all instruments and tools are well calibrated and safe to use. Maintain the cleanliness of the instruments and tools used.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures.
  • Adhere to internal procedures/guidelines and standards as well as legal regulations at all times.
  • Undertake other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment including vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indictors etc. will be added advantage.
