Senior Electrical & Electronic Engineer

Responsible for designing and developing electronic circuits for Autonomous Ground Vehicles (AGVs), ensuring they meet performance and reliability specifications. Analyzing performance data to validate designs and ensure project specifications, and identifies and resolves electronic system issues using diagnostic tools and methodologies. Overseeing E&E projects from inception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for regulatory compliance and future reference. Lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative environment. Provide technical guidance, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices within the team. Cross-functional collaboration with mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate E&E systems in AGVs, ensuring alignment on project goals. Adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring safety and performance, and maintaining high standards in electronic system design and production. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in electronics and hybrid systems and continuously improve for further enhance functionality and efficiency. Addressing electronic and electrical issues, and integrating feedback to inform future design improvements and product iterations.
