The Customer Projects department is responsible for delivering customer projects globally, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet contractual obligations. The Project Management team plays a crucial role in overseeing every phase, from contract award to project handover, ensuring full customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

What are you going to do?

The Project Manager will oversee customer projects in Asia, with a strong focus on processing solutions. Specific job responsibilities:

  • Managing local content activities, including project management and technical aspects of customer projects
  • Supporting communication between customers and the Project Manager, adapting to local languages and cultures
  • Planning and organizing project site logistics and installations
  • Overseeing customs clearance for international shipments
  • Handling local procurement, Factory Acceptance Tests, and supervising on-site activities with third-party suppliers
  • Coordinating field service engineers for installation and testing quality
  • Supervising Customer Acceptance Tests and ensuring smooth handover, including customer training
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient handover of projects from the delivery phase to the care/service phase
  • Providing accurate project progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Organizing all project correspondence, communication, and documentation
  • Offering technical support to the sales team during the sales stage of processing opportunities
  • Basic troubleshooting during the warranty and service phase
  • Continuously improving project management and egg processing capabilities within Moba
  • Managing projects ranging from EUR 200,000 to EUR 5 million

Profile

  • A proven track record in line with Moba’s core values: innovation, teamwork, and ownership
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or process engineering role, ideally within the liquid food or food tech industry
  • Familiarity with Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, SCADA systems, and energy balance estimation calculations
  • Basic understanding of valves, electrical motors, instrumentation, automation, and structural engineering
  • Proven skills in customer relations, project management, planning, and team leadership
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent within region and occasionally to Europe
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
