Job description:
- Supervise the preparation of restaurant operations by following procedures of work during set up and production time.
- To promote goodwill by ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous through achieving daily planning of tasks received.
- Process bills and money collection as per SOP and assist in clearing tables.
- Check that food and beverage orders are taken by following SOP.
- Check the preparation of food and beverages strictly followed the standard operating procedures.
- Fully aware of the knowledge of the menu in the outlet and understanding of ingredients used in all products.
- Ensure product and service quality are consistent and reject products that do not meet quality standards.
- Perform duties that are instructed by the immediate superior and seek further advice and authorization from the superior when necessary.
- Ensure all products are available and well stocked for daily usage.
- Ensure management is in place, including pro-acting mechanisms and proper handling of issues.
- Ensure that all products used comply with First-In-First-Out (FIFO) regulations, minimize waste, and manage product quality.
- Train service crew to fully understand the content, preparation, and presentation of all menu items.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a supervisor. Proven experience in managing restaurants.
- Proven experience in managing a size of restaurant team that up to 10 people
- Proven experience in managing restaurants.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hospitality/Management
