Job Responsibilities:

  1. You will be supporting the development of long-term organizational wide strategies in our Corporate department.
  2. Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategies.
  3. To manage the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Sustainability framework for risks and opportunities across departments and to assist in preparing Sustainability Report including materiality assessment, stakeholder’s engagement, data collection and management and report drafting.
  4. Review, updates and administering the Group’s operational internal control systems and procedures, and conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness of business systems.
  5. Coordinating the preparation and compilation of annual budgets for Board approval and ad-hoc budgets for management including those for investments, funding and implementation of new projects;
  6. Implementation of budgetary control systems, record keeping systems, or other administrative control processes for all business units;
  7. Review and perform analysis of monthly financial performance of all business units and recommending appropriate measures and actions to management whenever necessary;
  8. Supporting and assisting Director in all corporate exercises such as merger and acquisition, investments, due diligence, takeover, etc
  9. Coordinating the internal audit exercises and to resolve/mitigate any audits issues which may arise;
  10. Liaison with banks/financial institutions to ensure their continuous financial support for the Group. Preparation of necessary financial documents and cash flow projections in support of application for / periodic review of banking facilities;
  11. Review and approve all legal contracts and agreements with external parties such as publishers, media agencies, direct clients, or other organizational entities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field
  • Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives
  • Experience in project managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience in management consulting or strategic planning
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
