  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

The Protégé trainee will mainly maintain the stock figure in the SAP system and WMS system for material warehouse. Also, to handle administrative tasks in the material warehouse department.

Job Responsibilities

  • To perform data entry for all material's store transaction
  • Responsible to maintain a high level of accuracy in SAP vs physical stock
  • To maintain all files & documents
  • To initiate GMP related documents & circulate for approval
  • To perform physical stock take & adjustment
  • To handle administrative tasks in material warehouse
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior, as & when needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Applicant must be 26 & below
  • Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication skill
  • Good teamwork
