The client is seeking a Change Communication Lead to lead and execute strategies that will foster cultural growth and development within our organization. This role requires an experienced professional who can manage change communication plans that resonate across diverse teams, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging during times of transition. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Change Communication Plans:

Create comprehensive communication strategies that promote understanding and buy-in for organizational changes.

Ensure communication is tailored to the target audience, using appropriate channels and messaging that supports cultural development.

Lead Culture Development Initiatives:

Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to support culture-building activities, embedding company values and ensuring alignment across teams.

Design and deliver workshops, campaigns, and communication materials that support a positive and progressive workplace culture.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage with key stakeholders across different departments to ensure that communication plans are executed smoothly.

Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders to effectively communicate change-related messages to their teams.

Monitor and Measure Communication Effectiveness:

Track the impact of communication efforts and make data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure message clarity and alignment with cultural objectives.

Use employee feedback and other key metrics to continuously refine the communication approach.

Multilingual Communication:

Utilize fluency in Mandarin and English or Arabic and English to craft and deliver communication materials that resonate with a multicultural workforce.

Ensure that key messages are translated accurately and adapted culturally for different audience segments.

Support Change Management Projects:

Work closely with the change management team to integrate communication strategies with broader change management plans.

Assist in mitigating resistance to change by fostering a clear and transparent communication environment.

Knowledge transfer of this skill to a local employee.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in change communication, internal communication, or corporate communication roles, with a strong emphasis on culture transformation.

Proven experience in leading communication strategies during organizational change or cultural development.

Multilingual fluency: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in Mandarin and English or Arabic and English.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into digestible, actionable messages.

Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.

Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with diverse, multicultural teams.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or Kotter.

Experience working in global organizations with a strong understanding of how culture affects communication strategies.

Ability to influence leadership and gain buy-in for change initiatives.

Comfortable using digital communication tools and platforms for wide-scale messaging.

Contractual Details:

Contract Duration: Up to 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
