Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Explore and develop new markets, domestically and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential vendors and customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus on food products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales target in both domestic and international sales.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own transportation is essential.
