Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of facilities and real estate projects in APAC, including renovations and new constructions of corporate facilities (offices, plants, showrooms, etc.).
- Define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Oversee internal and external resources, including architects, designers, contractors, and consultants.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Collaborate with the facilities team and other departments to support new and existing environments.
- Manage support staff and coordinate cross-functional facilities efforts (installation, maintenance, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Ensure consistent progress, collaboration, and communication across all functions related to facilities projects and campus impact.
Skills and Abilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the facilities project delivery process.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and other business applications.
- Strong attention to detail and financial orientation.
- Familiarity with contract preparation and negotiations.
- Multiple language skills are a plus.
