Responsibilities:

  • User Research:

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions.

  • Wireframing and Prototyping:

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.

  • Visual Design:

Develop visually engaging and consistent designs for digital interfaces.

Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets.

  • Interaction Design:

Design and implement interactive elements for seamless user experiences.

Ensure consistency in interaction patterns across different features.

  • Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life.

Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively.

  • Usability Testing:

Conduct usability testing to validate and refine design solutions.

Analyze and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.

  • Stay Current with Design Trends:

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Continuously update and improve design skills.

  • Other operations and graphic design that need support.

Requirements:

Chinese is

  • Computer, software, art design and other related majors, those with a background in the financial field are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • More than 3 years of UI design experience, strong aesthetic design capabilities, good creative concepts and page layout planning capabilities, and good grasp of color and layout.
  • Proficient in using figma, axure, mastergo, photoshop and other prototyping tools.
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent oral and written expression and communication skills, good at communication and strong understanding.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, be proactive, and be able to withstand greater work pressure.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile design.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
