Job description :
1) Primarily an in-house Third Party Administrative function (TPA).Responsible for answering inquiries from clients regarding cashless admission/interim/discharge/post hospitalization claims/insurance company policies
2) Analyzing caller's enquiries to determine appropriate action by transferring calls to other departments for required handling and follow through.
Requirements :
1) Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Degree/ Diploma
2) Candidates with call center customer service experience is preferred
3) Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
4) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
5) Able to work shifts/ weekends/ public holidays**Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
