Job Details :-

The Sales and Procurement Executive is responsible for driving sales initiatives and managing procurement processes. This role involves cultivating relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient purchasing practices to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities :-

Sales

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights for business development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that boost sales performance.

Procurement

  • Source products and services that align with company requirements, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure the reliability and consistency of supply.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to manage stock.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with the company’s standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends and emerging suppliers, identifying new procurement opportunities.

Qualifications :-

  • Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/Higher Graduate Diploma.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales and procurement roles is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,999.00 per month
