We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with financial data and software.

  • Perform daily accounting operations including preparation of invoice.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable timely and accurately for monthly closing.
  • Perform general office tasks including filing of accounting documents in proper order.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Reconcile financial records.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
