- Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Negotiating the best and most cost-effective pricing with suppliers.
- Arrange schedule with purchase order item.
- Liaises with site-in-charge, engineers, suppliers, vendors for prices, quality and deliveries
- Perform inventory inspection, stock take and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
- Overlook overseas procurement items
- Responsible for purchasing, import & export documentation.
- Issues PO, coordinates delivery schedules.
