PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To learn and understand all Suntory operational task, scope and customer requirements and procedure.

2. To provide an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries orders in an accurate, timely, efficient and professional manner.

3. To be responsible for Order Management activities including inbound and outbound.

4. To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.

5. Ensure all orders are executed within the window period provided by Suntory.

• To monitor and manage customer orders in a timely manner.

7. To communicate with customer any enquiry regarding status deliver.

8. To communicate with transporter regarding any priority order to be shipped out.

9. Coordinate closely with inventory and warehouse team regarding incoming, outbound activity.

• To ensure proper filling system and other administrative duties.
• To maintain good relationship with customer and enhance customer service with all others related parties.
• Responsible for on time receiving of hard copy of the POD from trucking team and follow for the outstanding POD.
• Responsible for on time IOD update into TX3 system.
• Responsible to manage the POD request from Customer and Unclean POD issues.
• Responsible for filing the hard copy of the POD and safe keeping.
• To maintain good and two ways communication with the superior and perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
• To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
• To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
