Sales Admin Role Overview:
The Sales Admin for Genwhy, an IT and Multimedia company, will provide both administrative support and sales coordination. The goal is to ensure smooth operations, efficient management of client interactions, and timely delivery of web design projects.

Job Responsibilities:
1. **Sales Administration:
o Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices related to web design and digital services.
o Maintain client and project data in spreadsheets or any project management tools.
o Prepare regular sales and project performance reports.
o Coordinate with finance for payment tracking and project billing.
2. **Sales Coordination:
o Schedule meetings with potential clients and project stakeholders.
o Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for web design projects.
o Follow up with clients on project updates, deliverables, and feedback.
o Support the sales team in managing leads and coordinating project timelines.
3. **Client Communication:
o Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on ongoing web development projects.
o Act as a liaison between clients and the design/development teams to ensure project timelines are met.
4. **Internal Collaboration:
o Coordinate with the design, multimedia, and IT teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
o Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with digital marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales admin or sales coordination roles, preferably in the IT or web design industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Understanding of web design processes and project workflows.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
