The Technology analyst is responsible for performing the operational support, maintenance, and development activities of Mamee’s technology landscape (network, hardware and software).

  • Assist the Category Head with brand planning and growth objectives by developing and supervising marketing plans.
  • Independently execute best-in-class launch strategies in the market.
  • Create innovative digital and social marketing plans for brand execution and new product launches.
  • Assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Category Head to guide the development of creative strategies and media execution, including PR, marketing communications, and digital/social media.
  • Support the Category Head in managing crisis communications and local media relations.
  • Develop product proposals to ensure gross margins align with business requirements.
  • Identify and recommend market opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize data tools to gain insights into market and consumer behavior (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, MWB & etc.).
  • Monitor A&P budgets and expenditures to optimize gains and minimize costs, working with managers to establish and track budgets.
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales metrics.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of Marketing experience in fast paced brand (Regional and/or Local Marketing) in any ASEAN region with a strong consumer focus. Knowledge of product, pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning.
  • Experience in Launching end to end Campaigns in market. New product development launch is a plus.
  • Strong track record of consistent in market delivery.
  • Strong accountability and ownership in task and deliverables.
  • Desire to project brands to the next levels with building of brands at the heart of consumers
  • Willingness to engage in robust discussions on strategy with a strong point of view.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
  • Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
  • Deep consumer empathy to find solutions that caters to the consumer needs.
