Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
· Coordinate with forwarding agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
· Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
· Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics.
· Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues promptly.
· maintain accurate records in our logistics systems.
· Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· A minimum SPM/STPM is required for this position.
· Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics, or related field is required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Good command of in English and Bahasa, Mandarin is an added advantage.
· Good communication and interpersonal skill.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with logistics software and databases is a plus.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
