Tasks
- Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints
- Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments, deliveries and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
- Compiling and maintaining records of office business transaction.
- Manage basic bookkeeping duties.
- Prepare and mail bills, invoices and etc.
- Help with office management and organization processes.
- Manage dispatch fleet to deliver goods on time
Requirements

- Proficiency with MS Office.
