Job Responsibility
- Processing orders received via email / phone on system
- Checking data accuracy in orders & invoices preparation
- Co-ordinating with sales rep to obtain missing info / answer queries
- Document Control - Responsible for maintaining, organizing & updating document
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills â using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills â being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
