  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in property or facility management, particularly in engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
  • Familiarity with property management software and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and energy efficiency principles.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of property and facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
