About the Role

As the Legal Content Analyst for SEA-HK Legislation, your role involves ensuring timely and accurate publication of legislative content. This includes collaborating with the Legal Editor and managing external vendors to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Legal Editor to publish legislation content online, ensuring accuracy and meeting editorial standards.
• Managing external vendors to oversee timely completion of editorial processing tasks whilst ensuring business priorities are met
• Collaborating with product managers and tech leads to support product enhancement projects and facilitate timely completion (participate in scoping through to implementation and UAT)
• Coordinating with responsible teams/individuals to resolve system issues filed via ServiceNow ticket
• Ensuring that content aligns with the organization's overall objectives
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of digital content processes and best practices

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree in law/technology or similar degree
• Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite, Team Collaboration Tools (MS-Teams, Trello) InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Suite, XWebEditor
• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Have 2-5 years of experience in either project management, legal practice or publishing
• Experience of coding languages used in legal databases (e.g. HTML, XML, JSON) or willingness to learn
