What You'll Do

As a Procurement Executive, your primary role will be managing and optimising the procurement of non-trade goods and services. You will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers, conducting assessments, managing the end-to-end procurement process, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, proposing innovative ideas for new procurement, collaborating with internal departments, communicating effectively with stakeholders, reporting on procurement activities, and conducting supplier/vendor evaluation analysis.

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Conduct supplier/vendor assessment and performance reviews
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for non-trade items, including requisition, sourcing, and negotiation
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve cost savings and value for the company
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
  • Propose innovative ideas for new procurement
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their non-trade procurement needs and provide solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement activities and objectives
  • Report on procurement activities
  • Conduct supplier/vendor evaluation analysis

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Procurement Executive role will bring a wealth of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on non-trade items
  • Procurement experience in construction/renovation is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
