Job Overview:

This role supports the finance department in various tasks, offering exposure to financial analysis, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Accounts Management:

  • Assist with processing invoices, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Assist with payment applications in the accounting system for payments received from customers and payments made to vendor.
  • Support bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

2) Project Assistance:

  • Participate in special projects related to finance, such as process improvement initiatives, system migration and implementations.
  • Collaborate with team members on various financial tasks and cross-functional projects.

3) Learning and Development:

  • Gain practical experience with financial tools and software.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate finance.
