- Venue & Equipment Setup
- Select and book suitable venues for training events.
- Ensure proper setup of the venue, including seating arrangements, projectors, microphones, and other technical requirements.
- Test all AV equipment (PA system, projectors, etc.) before each event.
2. Coordination with Trainers & Speakers
- Liaise with trainers or speakers to ensure they have all necessary materials and equipment.
- Ensure training content, presentations, and handouts are ready and accessible.
- Manage any special requests or logistical requirements from trainers.
3. Participant Management
- Manage participant registrations and attendance records.
- Handle any special requirements from participants (dietary, seating, accessibility, etc.).
4. Materials Preparation
- Ensure that all training materials (manuals, handouts, etc.) are printed and distributed.
- Maintain an inventory of materials and order new supplies when necessary.
