- Report and assist the superior in completing the daily task as required
- Assist the superior in performing the store audit and prepare the review or records
- Assisting the manager in the execution of new outlet opening
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry.
- Assist in resolving any operation and administrative problems
- Support the department with administrative tasks such as purchase order processing and supplier communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that communicates the nutritional benefits of our products to consumers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate and up-to-date nutritional information is obtained.
- Conduct nutritional analysis on existing and potential products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Care, Health Science or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate and detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Additional knowledge/credit in personal care/cosmetics, food and health supplement products will be an advantage
- Previous experience preferably in the retail pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of local and international regulations related to nutrition and pharmaceutical safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Possess initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
