Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help elevate Antares Ventures’ brand presence in the global deeptech ecosystem, strengthen relationships with investors and corporate partners, and ensure the impactful communication of our firm's initiatives. You will also contribute to building thought leadership through high-quality content and engaging our wider community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Building & Awareness:

Storytelling & Content Development: Develop and distribute compelling content, including blogs, white papers, reports, case studies, and social media posts, to establish Antares Ventures as a thought leader in the deeptech VC space.Digital Presence & Social Media Management: Manage Antares Ventures’ social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and website, ensuring they reflect our latest insights, portfolio news, and thought leadership.Public Relations & Media Outreach: Coordinate with PR agencies or directly with media to facilitate interviews, articles, and press releases that boost Antares Ventures’ visibility.

2. Investor & Corporate Partner Communication:

Investor Relations (LP Communication)**: Develop and distribute monthly newsletters, annual reports, and other communication materials for Limited Partners (LPs), translating complex technical information into accessible content.

Corporate Partner Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with our corporate partners who may not be investors yet but are important to our ecosystem. Create regular updates, highlight opportunities for collaboration with our portfolio, and foster relationships that drive synergies.

3. Community Outreach:

- Newsletter to Wider Audience: Curate and develop content for a community newsletter aimed at engaging a broader audience—including partners, industry experts, and people we meet at events. The newsletter will provide updates on portfolio milestones, industry insights, events, and Antares Ventures' activities to keep our network engaged and informed.

4. Event Management:

- Industry Events & Portfolio Promotion: Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of events, including industry conferences, webinars, and portfolio showcases. Ensure Antares Ventures is well-represented in the deeptech community and provide exposure for our portfolio companies.

5. Collateral Creation:

- Marketing & Branding Materials: Assist in the creation and refinement of marketing materials, such as pitch decks, brochures, and branded content that articulate Antares Ventures' value proposition clearly to different audiences.

6. Analytics & Improvement:

- Track performance metrics across digital platforms (website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates) and provide recommendations to enhance brand visibility and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within venture capital or technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling content.
  • Experience in managing social media channels, digital content, and website updates.
  • Knowledge of PR and experience in media outreach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite) is preferred.
