We are looking for experienced and qualified candidate for Customer Service Assistant to be part of our family at ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital.
Job Scopes:
- Provide high quality, excellent customer service experience to patients/guests that reflect the values of Andorra.
- Disseminating information to patients on various services/facilities available to hospital.
- Resolve customer's enquiry effectively through walk in or calls to meet patient's expectation.
- Liaise with other services in addressing patient’s needs.
Job Requirements:
- SPM leaver or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Hospital operation, customer service, or customer relation, or related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills & pleasant personality.
- Have a strong passion towards customer service.
- Able to work on weekend.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
