We are looking for experienced and qualified candidate for Customer Service Assistant to be part of our family at ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital.

Job Scopes:

  • Provide high quality, excellent customer service experience to patients/guests that reflect the values of Andorra.
  • Disseminating information to patients on various services/facilities available to hospital.
  • Resolve customer's enquiry effectively through walk in or calls to meet patient's expectation.
  • Liaise with other services in addressing patient’s needs.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM leaver or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Hospital operation, customer service, or customer relation, or related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills & pleasant personality.
  • Have a strong passion towards customer service.
  • Able to work on weekend.
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
