Job Overview: As a Key Account Manager (Health & Beauty), you will be responsible for the sales execution of the Scale Global brand portfolio businesses, including turnover, profitability, trade spending, and Market share delivery, while building, negotiating, and executing the commercial joint business plan with distributors and key accounts.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager / Distribution Sales Manager will work with our local distributors to ensure the smooth execution of our FMCG brand portfolio. Your main goal will be to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and ensure our products are well-distributed across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with local distributors to develop and implement sales strategies.

• Monitor distributor performance and help them meet sales targets.

• Ensure the effective execution of sales plans and marketing activities.

• Track sales data and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure our products are available and well-stocked in the distribution network.

• Support the promotion of our brand portfolio in the market.

• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities.

• Report on sales performance and market insights to management.

• Negotiate terms with distributors to create win-win agreements.

• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management.

Skills:

• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work closely with distributors and drive sales performance.

• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken

• Basic understanding of sales data and market trends.

• Familiarity with the FMCG market in Malaysia.
