The selected individual will play a crucial role in managing our inventory with precision and diligence. The Store Clerk will be the stronghold ensuring the integrity and flow of our stock to our customer. Job Description: Stock Handling: • Manage the reception, categorization, and shipment of inventory while maintaining strict adherence to handling protocols to minimize stock discrepancies and damage. Inventory Control: • Keep a rigorous account of inventory transactions, regularly perform stock verifications, and swiftly resolve any inventory discrepancies. Quality Checks: • Carry out thorough inspections of all incoming and outgoing stock to verify product quality and specification compliance, systematically addressing any inconsistencies or defects. Record Maintenance: • Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory, sales, and stock movements, and compile reports that support business and supply chain decision-making. Order Management: • Efficiently process and fill orders and manage the precise flow of materials through the use of inventory databases. Workspace Management: • Uphold a clean and safe store environment, ensuring that storage areas are organized and comply with safety regulations. • Demonstrable experience in a storekeeping, inventory management, or related role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. • To perform another ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Job Requirements • Age must be at least 18 years old and below 45 years old. • Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply. • Must be organized and punctual. • Well-presented. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (preferred). • Higher Education, Vocational, Diploma or Degree in any field. • Hands on with analytical skills. • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel). • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Good communication skills.
