  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

1. Networking :

  • Perform network configuration, management, and improvement of company communication system especially cloud PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange).
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex networking issues, including those related to local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi connections, and firewall configurations.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for vendor coordination, ensuring efficient communication and swift resolution of critical IT issues.

    2. Infrastructure Management :

    • Install, update, and maintain essential software such as antivirus programs, email applications, CRM systems, and shared storage solutions to support business continuity.
    • Lead the installation and maintenance of critical office IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance to support business continuity.

      3. Technical Support and Training :

      • Provide expert technical support across departments, addressing IT issues efficiently and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
      • Proactively monitor the health and performance of IT systems, implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime and optimize system availability.
      • Provide necessary training on IT best practices, empowering employees with the knowledge and skills to proactively manage common technical issues and seamlessly adapt to new system implementations.

        4. IT Roadmap :

        • Actively contribute to and support the development of the company’s IT roadmap, ensuring that the IT infrastructure is strategically aligned to scale with evolving business demands and stay ahead of technological advancements.

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting and network management.
  • Strong knowledge of server and network infrastructure, firewalls, and PABX systems.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to IT challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
