Job Description
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate tax, SST, and other relevant taxes, knowledgeable on MNC Tax structure.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax laws and regulations, staying current with any changes or updates, including FSI, WHT, GMT and SST
- Assist in the preparation of tax provisions package assigned by Corporates.
- Assist in the preparation on deferred tax computation to support on Year End Audit activity.
- Responsible for the statutory audit and tax return filling. Including the preparation of tax schedules and assist the auditors and tax agents in their inquiries.
- Experience in government relation such as MIDA grant submission and tracking will be added advantages.
- Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Knowledge and familiarity of transfer pricing documentation process in as added advantage
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literacy & Supervisory Skill
- SAP / Oracle Cloud experience
- Prior audit and tax experience will be an advantage.
- Able to handle General Accounting, function, and Tax.
