Job Summary: The Public Relations Manager will develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to promote PRO-NET's automotive products and services. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, managing media relationships, and overseeing communication strategies to positively influence public perception and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns aligned with the company’s objectives and brand messaging.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals and industry influencers. Pitch stories, manage press inquiries, and secure media coverage.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and consistent with the company’s voice.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate press events, product launches, and other promotional activities. Oversee event logistics and ensure successful execution.
  • Crisis Management: Handle crisis communication and manage reputational risks. Develop response strategies and work closely with internal teams to address issues effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, media coverage, and public sentiment. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to enhance PR strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze PR campaign performance. Prepare reports on media coverage, campaign effectiveness, and public perception metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on the automotive industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong media relations abilities, and proficiency in digital and social media platforms.
  • Attributes: Creative thinker, proactive problem-solver, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of automotive industry trends and terminology. Familiarity with PR tools and software is a plus.
