  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: FCL Executive

Process all documentation/data entry requirements for export services, provide operational assistance, as well as communicate effectively with customers.

  • Check port system ETA PKG before SI. 2. Request oversea office to advise consignee / notify party details to indicate in MBL for nomination shipment. 3. Follow up with oversea office to advise consignee / notify party details to indicate MBL for free hand shipment. 4. Checking with carrier for the documents cut-off time. 5. Checking with carrier for the CPC & LPK cert submission cut-off time (For DG shipment). 6. Request SI with shipper and advise documents cut-off time. 7. Request shipper provide CPC and LPK cert as per carrier cut-off time (For DG Shipment). 8. Follow up with shipper for SI / CIPL. 9. Refer port system for container / seal number and confirm vessel details same with booking confirmation. 10. Provide draft BL to shipper once received SI / CIPL from shipper. 11. Provide CIPL to vendor in order to proceed custom document. 12. Checking with shipper and oversea office switch BL is required if SI mentioned third country address. 13. Submit SI to carrier. 14. Checking with carrier shipper provided shipping certificate mentioned clause is acceptance and charges (For LC shipment). 15. Follow up custom document with vendor. 16. Provide custom document to shipper and follow up confirmation for draft BL. 17. Follow up with carrier for the draft MBL and draft shipping certificate. 18. Provide draft M/HBL to oversea office for checking. 19. Provide draft shipping certificate and advise charges to shipper. Provide revised draft BL to shipper (Which needed). 21. Request revised draft MBL with carrier (Which needed). 22. Follow up with shipper confirmation for the draft BL, draft certificate and request provide CPC, LPK certificate (For DG shipment).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
