Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated commercial specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers by phone to sell our products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our products or services
- Identify customer needs and tailor the pitch to meet those needs
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of calls made and sales achieved
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with customers
- Attend sales training sessions and keep up-to-date with product knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Good time-management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
