Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated commercial specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers by phone to sell our products or services
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our products or services
  • Identify customer needs and tailor the pitch to meet those needs
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of calls made and sales achieved
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Attend sales training sessions and keep up-to-date with product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Good time-management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
