Role Overview

Join Maxis as a Corporate Responsibility Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. You will be involved in communications, content creation, and event coordination that make a meaningful impact on our community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal and External Communication Support:
• Create engaging social media posts and web stories that highlight CSR activities and achievements.
• Draft short internal articles to keep employees updated on Maxis' community engagement initiatives.
• Design and create assets like videos, posters, and eDMs to support CSR communications.
• Digital Learning Portal Support:
• Assist in creating and enhancing K12 educational content aligned with the Malaysian national curriculum.
• Contribute to creating dashboards and analyses to track digital learning assets and their impact.
• Event Coordination:
• Help in organizing and executing CSR activities and volunteer events.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of social media management and current trends.
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva.
• Familiarity with K12 educational standards and principles.
• Ability to use or learn data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
• Fast learner, friendly, and approachable.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree candidates.
