- Keep alert with the new product and ensure necessary testing is conducted
- Assure the ongoing compliance by reviewing company practices and provide advice on changes to system, such as Technical File, ISO documentation and other regulatory issues.
- To implement, review and update Technical File, QMS, ISO documents and all related regulatory documentations when necessary.
- To provide support in attending customer enquires related to regulatory and statutory requirements• Conducting tests to determine product quality and safety
- Work with all department heads to ensure all regulatory legislation and requirements are enforced effectively throughout the company's operations
- Lead and guide internal and external audits
- Assist in handling customer audits if required
- Maintain safeguarding of master documents and retention of obsolete documents. Both documents retained for as long as the organization still manufactures the products for knowledge preservation purpose for future reference
- Ensure documented information determined and approved by organization are properly made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality System are performed.
- To assist in any ad hoc tasks by the Management
- Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
- Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
- Critical thinking and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Prior working experience (ISO standards) will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
