We are looking for a dedicated Junior AI Content Specialist to support our chatbot team by maintaining and enhancing the quality of our knowledge base. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Customer Support operations and the bot team to ensure seamless functionality and continuous improvement of AI-driven interactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Publish knowledge base content into the system.
  2. Perform data annotation to improve the accuracy of the intent matching engine.
  3. Test the quality of knowledge base outputs to ensure they meet operational needs.
  4. Act as the bridge between CS operations and the bot team to identify knowledge base gaps, formulate responses, and carry out editorial duties to refine content and ensure it aligns with the organization's writing style.
  5. Provide system optimization feedback to increase efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of AI systems and knowledge base management.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for help centers or knowledge bases.
  • Problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in content or technical writing is preferred.
